- I will reinstate my workout plan of 6 days of exercise each week.
- I will reinstate my clean eating plan with 2 "free" meals per week.
- I will do 20 push-ups
- I will have short runs of 3 miles, long runs of 5 miles
- I will lose 5 pounds
