So.... I wanted to explain my silence.
Right now I kind of have a health condition that prevents me from doing any real, strenuous workouts. I'm not quite ready to share the details about it, and will let you all know more when I hear from my doctor.
Anyhoo... until then I have bumped back my exercise to just simple walking. And I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can. That means plenty of veggies/fruits and lots of whole grains.

first off - I'm really sorry to read this - and I sure hope that whatever your condition you are able to keep yourself on plan so you'll be in the best possible shape to fight it.
Simple walking is excellent exercise....just means you have to allocate more minutes...get yourself a book in iTunes and you'll be happy to spend the time walking.
I sure hope you're better soon and that you will continue to keep us posted.
Sorry to hear about your condition. Good job on the walking though. Much better than doing nothing!!!!
Sorry to see that you have had to cut back. Walking can be really lovely, though, so I hope it is for you right now.
