In an effort to chart my progress, I am now going to start keeping track of my stats. Specifically, I am tracking BMI and Body Fat Percentage.
I'm mostly concerned about Body Fat, but I thought BMI would be a nice way to keep track of my weight without actually revealing how much I weigh!
Today's Stats
BMI: 22.4
BF%: 25%
My ideal goal is a BMI of 19-20, and a BF% of about 20-22%.

How do you measure your Body Fat?

I have a Tanita scale that includes a body fat measurement (I think it zaps me with an electrical current). I'm not sure how accurate it really is, though.
