No Exercise!

Because of a (hopefully) minor complication, my doc told me to avoid exercise for a while. So what have I been doing in the meantime?

Well... my mom has been terribly sick, so I've been spending plenty of time with her. When I'm not at my parents' house, I'm usually:
  • Napping
  • Reading
  • Eating
  • Watching TV
It's a far cry from the healthy, active gal I used to be. But I console myself by planning my post-pregnancy diet and exercise plan. If everything goes well, I'll be prepared to shed the baby weight!

I had to stop exercising around 5 months because even a short walk would bother my back. One the back pain went away about 8 months I did not get back into the habit of exercising because it was too cold outside (-20).

Now that I had the little one I started exercising when she was about 2 weeks old and I have been working up. It is hard to find time with 2 kids but I am working on it.
