Today's Workout & Diet

My back felt better, so I completed a 4-mile run today. It was really S-L-O-W, but it still felt great to get 4 miles under my belt.

I am trying to be super committed to my diet this month. I'm not trying to cut calories as much as I'm trying to consume more healthy foods (and fewer unhealthy ones).

Overall I am feeling pretty confident. We'll see how it goes!

I have trouble even walking 4 miles - great going!

It is nice to hear that you are super committed to the diet this month - it is great to see so many challengers are up for this month - me included.

The past week or so I have been struggling with running. I did do a 10K on Saturday but it was difficult for me. Tuesday it was hot and I struggled through a 30 minute run. I was also struggling a lot last week! BUT today I went out for 50 minutes and felt great, I could have kept going - it also helped that it was only 50 degrees! Maybe try something else for a day or take a day off and then back into it and you will feel great again.
