I have 8 weeks until our beach trip.
And my weight hasn't been budging. (And, no, my clothes don't fit any better.) I do feel as if I've gotten stronger... but I haven't lost any flab!
Eight weeks is enough time to make a significant difference in my appearance. If I could drop 10 pounds of fat in that time, I'd be feeling (and looking) pretty decent. But the only way that'll happen is if I'm totally, 100% focused and dedicated. Which means maybe one small cheat meal each week. Not an easy thing for me to do.
But I don't have a choice. It's either get my tush in gear, or spend another vacation wearing an oversized, baggy tee-shirt on the beach.
