We've got social events planned for every weekend in March. If I want to trim down in time for my beach trip, I have to be completely 100% focused for the next three months.
So here's my Weekend Survival Plan:
- Stick with my challenge goal of drinking only 2 drinks per week. To do this, I'll s-t-r-e-t-c-h alcoholic beverages by drinking white wine spritzers. I'll also drink a glass of water between every 1/2 glass of wine.
- Never go out hungry. I'll always have a small snack before leaving the house, like an apple and a handful of almonds. This should keep me from being ravenous when we go out to eat.
- Exercise! Since I'm not drinking a bunch of liquor in the evening, I should be in fine condition to workout through the weekend. No more hangovers, which means no more missed workouts!
